New Location for Preston's Food Pantry Donations
Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles (BMHV) and Boyertown Area Multi Service share that the Museum is now a drop-off location for Preston's Pantry Project!
Admission is not required to deposit your donation.
BMHV explains, "Preston's Pantry exists to provide food assistance to those without the financial means to meet their nutritional needs. Anyone in need of food assistance who resides in the service area (the Boyertown Area School District plus the townships of Hereford, District, Pike, Oley, and Amity) is eligible for assistance from this program.
"The pantry is open Monday-Friday year-round, except for holidays, and case managers meet with individuals and families by appointment each day to protect privacy and ensure confidentiality. In providing for their nutritional needs, Boyertown Area Multi-Service enables them to focus their energies on doing what they need to do to get their lives moving in a better direction.
"Every month Boyertown Area Multi-Service serves an average of 100 households from their pantry. Call Multi-Service at 610-367-6957 to request an appointment for food assistance or to speak to the Food Programs Manager about making a donation."
