Faced with a doctor’s orders to stay off my feet for six weeks after foot surgery, I’d probably spend my time binging TV shows, reading novels, and catching up with friends on Zoom or Facebook.
But not my high-energy friend Amy Muzopappa, however! Instead, Amy—who runs her own social media marketing and videography business, Muzo Media Productions, LLC--spent her immobilization time studying to begin a whole new career in real estate.
“After one weekend on the couch,” Amy confesses, “I was going stir-crazy and had to figure out some productive way to use my time.” Amy aced her licensing tests recently, and it’s official. She is now a certified real estate agent with Richard A. Zuber Realty.
“It seems part of my evolution,” Amy explains. “I’ve been working with the Zuber organization in the last year to enhance its social media presence while learning about the business from Rich and Connie [Dolansky] and the other experienced Zuber Realty agents.
“I’ve seen the satisfaction the agents experience in advising and shepherding their clients in their searches for their ‘dream home’ as well as the joy and gratitude their clients experience at a successful, problem-free settlement. I recognize the trust that develops in the relationships between agents and clients. It’s a beautiful thing!
“And so, with time on my hands and a need to do something constructive with it, I decided to accept Rich’s invitation to take the real estate classes to prepare for taking the exams. And now that it’s official, I can’t wait to begin this new phase of my life.”
Amy’s resumé includes a wide range of experiences and accomplishments. With a proven track record of over 15 years as a dedicated community volunteer, Amy is bringing the same passion, integrity, and commitment to service into the real estate profession.
Throughout the past decade and a half, she has played an active role in numerous community initiatives, from spearheading such projects as The Unity Tree of Boyertown to creating the “Before I Die” art installation in the community to teaching First Aid and CPR as a volunteer paramedic at Boyertown Community Ambulance. And, as a member of Studio B’s Arts & Activities Alliance Advisory Board, she initiated the filming of the gallery’s exhibit openings during COVID.

Putting the final touch on the Unity Tree from a bucket truck is one of Amy's fond memories.

She served as executive director for Berks-Mont Business Association and the Foundation for Boyertown Education. While with the Foundation, she broke her own fundraising records and earned first place for the Foundation in the TriCounty Network’s “Level Up 2023” campaign (Budget 275K).
This deep-rooted involvement has allowed her to build strong relationships and a unique understanding of the community — qualities that translate naturally into guiding clients through the process of buying or selling a home.
“I’ve always believed that strong communities are built on trust, service, and connection,” said Amy. “As a real estate agent, I’m excited to help families and individuals find not just a house, but a place where they can truly feel at home.”
Rich shared: “We’re thrilled to welcome Amy Muzopappa to our team. Her longstanding dedication to the community makes them an incredible fit for our mission of providing personalized, relationship-driven real estate services.”
Amy will be serving clients throughout Berks, Montgomery and Chester County areas, offering guidance in residential real estate transactions with a focus on making the process smooth, transparent and as stress-free as possible.
