1900's Brass Cars Rally at Colebrookdale Railroad Yard

On a beautiful, bright October morning, Brass Cars filled the Boyertown Train Yard in a never-before 1900s Brass-Era Car Rally!

More than 40 gorgeous brass cars arrived at the Boyertown Train Yard including 1911 Thomas Flyer, 1913 Velie, 1915 Moline-Knight, 1912 and 1914 Locomobiles, 1909 and 1913 Pierce-Arrows, and both 1909 and 1910 Stanley Steamers! Of course, the usual group of Model T Fords as well as Buicks and Cadillacs. 

Jeff Lesher, Scott and Susan Bentley, fans and integrally involved with the event, offer their enthusiastic responses. “This was a fantastic day – we amazed at the variety of cars, and the willingness of the owners to share information and the experience of riding in them,”offers Scott. Susan concurs and adds, “This was a wonderful, magical, memorable day! So glad the weather was beautiful, a perfect backdrop for the stunning decorations, delicious food, beloved train, and spectacular brass car experience!”

Lesher adds compliments from the car owners, saying, "Our car owners could not stop talking about the great experience and how impressed they were with the Railroad and Nathaniel’s story."
