Richard A. Zuber Realty Plans Christmas Activities: Fun for the Whole Family

Richard A. Zuber Realty has fun-with-family activities planned throughout the holiday season to spread the joy and fun.

Holiday Light Tour

Homeowners: If your family is counting down the days until they can bring out their Christmas and holiday décor to light up their home or neighborhood with thousands of lights or symbols of the season, Richard Zuber Realty is sending out an invitation to register your home for the 4th annual light tour.

The registration form and details for homeowners can be found at zuberrealty.com/lighttour and must be submitted by November 15, 2022. There is no registration fee required to participate.

Winners will be announced on January 7, 2023. The grand prize is a $100 gift card for the winning home. Category winners receive $50. One randomly-drawn voter will receive $50. Winner of the Neighborhood Award will enjoy a certificate toward a pizza party. This year’s categories are

Registered homes will have their light displays up by December 3, 2022. Lights should be on every night from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. between December 3, 2022, and January 2, 2023. A sign will be positioned to designate homes as tour spots and must remain throughout the tour dates.

Tour go-ers: The tour begins December 3, 2022, and extends through January 2, 2023. Take the family for a ride and drive past the decorated homes on the tour and vote for their favorite. There is no charge to vote. zuberrealty.com/lighttour

Holiday House Tour:
NEW! Shopping Spree! On Friday, December 2, 2022, from 4-9pm, during Boyertown's annual Holiday House Tour, the Zuber bus will be on duty transporting tourists to designated locations and the Zuber Realty office at 201 E Philadelphia Avenue will be open offering snacks, refreshments, and a chance to win a $250 Walmart gift card.

Chillin’ on Main

On December 3, 2022, as part of Building a Better Boyertown’s Chillin’ on Main Festival, Zuber Realty invites you to stop by the office at 201 E Philadelphia Avenue and have some Christmas karaoke fun with agent and vocalist Jody Dolansky and record yourself or the whole family singing your favorite Christmas song.

Toys for Tots:
Christmas is right around the corner, and the Toys for Tots program is again asking for help. Boxes are available beginning November 1, 2022, to collect unused toys until Friday, December 9, 2022, at the Richard A. Zuber Realty corporate office in Boyertown and Zuber Realty’s satellite office in Royersford.

For the past 16 years, the Richard A. Zuber Realty organization has joined the U.S. Marine Reserves in their 70+-year Toys for Tots mission to “provide happiness and hope to disadvantaged children who might otherwise be overlooked this holiday season through the gift of a shiny new toy.” The toys collected will be delivered via the Zuber bus to the Boyertown Salvation Army drop-off point.
