Friday, November 11, is Veterans Day, a day that the nation says, "Thank you for your service." In Boyertown that means our nation's flag will be on display throughout the community, many as part of a service offered by the local Lions Club. Over 100 flags will be placed to honor our veterans, encouraging all residents to "fly the flag."
This fundraiser project for the Lions Club includes establishing the mounting, placing and taking down the USA flag for six national holidays. Contact Jim Tribbett at jimbogramps2@yahoo.com to join this popular and thoughtful project.

Thanks Francine! I discovered clafoutis last year and love making it for get-togethers. It’s always a hit. I usually use blueberries. I’ve never tried cherries, much less unpitted ones! That is worth a try!
