Soccer Alums Will Take to the Field
Saturday, March 30 Boyertown Soccer alums are invited to return for the 2nd annual alumni reunion games at JK Memorial Field in Barto. The event is scheduled for Saturday of Easter weekend in the hope that more people will be in the area with their families. Additional information will be forthcoming.

School District Conducts Annual Census
The Boyertown Area School District is informing the community that they have " mailed the first batch of census forms to our families in Bally, Bechtelsville, Boyertown Borough, and Colebrookdale. Additional mailings are scheduled as follows:
February 23rd: Douglass Berks and Douglass Montgomery
March 8th: Earl, New Hanover, Upper Frederick, and Washington
Residents who do NOT have any changes to the data on their forms can respond to the census mailing electronically by visiting our website at www.boyertownasd.org. You MUST wait until you have received your census form to complete the online response form."
Historical Society to Host Beekeeping Program
February 7 at 7::00 PM, Boyertown Area Historical Soicety will host a presentation about beekeeping by Aaron Deer. "He will be talking about all things bees, from their venom to wax and propolis. Hinterhof Farms was created as a small hobby farm when Aaron moved into his old farmhouse on a one-acre property. He sold some produce, eggs, and poultry meat. Aaron added one honey bee hive in the following spring to have honey to sell along with his other products. After his first year with bees, they ended up dying, and the search for new bees started. He dove into the world of honey bee genetics and its importance for quality bees."
