Macungie: Ceremonial Ribbon Cutting Scheduled for Lehigh Valley Hospital's First Neighborhood Hospital.

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is celebrating Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Macungie, 3369 Route 100, Macungie, PA 18062, with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting on Friday, March 8, 2024, 11:00 a.m.

Health Center at Macungie, located on the same campus, opened in December 2023. The event will include remarks from Brian A. Nester, DO, MBA, LVHN President and Chief Executive Officer, and media tours of the new neighborhood hospital.

LVH–Macungie is LVHN’s first neighborhood hospital. The 22,000-square-foot hospital will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and includes a full-service emergency room, lab and imaging services. The hospital includes 10 inpatient beds for patients requiring overnight stays.
