The Boyertown Community Library is inviting members of the community to participate in a self-discovery/community-building artistic activity for all ages titled “Flowers in Bloom with Studio B” on Saturday, June 29, 2024, beginning at 11 a.m. Participants will create flower petals representing themselves and their "pride and joy" using magazines, markers, construction paper and more.
The individual petals will become flowers on exhibit throughout the summer allowing members of the community to learn about one another and what they love.
We are often shy about sharing who we are and what we have accomplished for fear of being seen as bragging or of making others feel“less than” somehow.
And yet, we are encouraged not to "hide our light." Our joy and example are often exactly what others need to motivate them or provide “permission” to feel good about themselves.
Registration is required for the June 29th activity. (Sign up here: bit.ly/m/BCLSummerQuest24 )

Thank you for this article. We need to hear the stories/experiences of people pro and con.
Thank you for your support, Sandra! Too many people don't know that in "LGBTQIA" the "A" stands for "aly," of which, I can easily count Jane and you as two of them! -Yergz
Sounds like a wonderful time was enjoyed by the children and also their parents. Thank you Mandy and Judy.
