Ed. Now and then my Facebook friends share good news about their "pride and joy." Owning a business is tough--some days/years more than others; and so when Adriene shared that 2023 was a good year for her business known as Stellar House Gift Shop, I wanted to share her joy as part of "I AM: Proud." There's a special pride in running a successful business.

Super excited as I close out my last day in the shop of 2023 to run my numbers and see that I beat my goal of growing this year beating last year's sales!!
I don’t often say I’m proud of myself but, man, running a business is challenging. I really love it and I’m pretty proud of all it accomplished this year although I’m positive none of this would have been possible without Harry Styles and Taylor Swift fans and the fact that Philly sports teams are having an excellent year
