Sooner Than You Think! Richard A. Zuber Invites Homeowners to Register for Holiday Light Tour 2022

It’s beginning to look a lot like…pumpkin spice season. Retail stores are showcasing Halloween costumes, flannel shirts, and fall sweaters. Summer has surely “left the building!” And December's holiday season is coming sooner than you think!

What that means to homeowners who are counting down until they can bring out their Christmas and holiday décor to light up their home or neighborhood with thousands of lights or symbols of the season, Richard Zuber Realty is sending out an invitation to register their homes for the 4th annual light tour.

For the fourth year, Richard A. Zuber is inviting homeowners within a 10-mile radius of Boyertown to add to the festivities of the season by decorating their homes and registering to be part of the Holiday Light Tour.

The registration form and details for homeowners can be found at zuberrealty.com/lighttour and must be submitted by November 15, 2022. There is no registration fee required to participate.

The tour begins December 3, 2022, and extends through January 2, 2023. Tour-goers will drive past the decorated homes on the tour and vote for their favorite. There is no charge to vote.

Winners will be announced on January 7, 2023. The grand prize is a $100 gift card for the winning home. Category winners receive $50. One randomly-drawn voter will receive $50. Winner of the Neighborhood Award will enjoy a certificate toward a pizza party. This year’s categories are

• Grand Prize--Favorite for the home receiving the most votes
• True Meaning of Christmas showcasing a religious theme
• Kids’ Choice
• Best Use of Technology
• Clark Griswold “Over the Top/Most Lights”
• Best Neighborhood (of 5 or more participating homes)

Registered homes will have their light displays up by December 3, 2022. Lights should be on every night from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. between December 3, 2022, and January 2, 2023. A sign will be positioned to designate homes as tour spots and must remain throughout the tour dates.
