New Hanover Township Parks and Recreation Holds Fishing Derby
"The annual Fishing Derby at Hickory Park is almost here! Kids ages 12 and under are invited to join us on Saturday, May 11, from 9 AM to 11 AM, for this free event. Remember to bring your fishing pole and bait!Prizes will be given for the first fish caught, the largest fish, the smallest fish, and the most fish caught. Please pre-register by May 2nd so we can have enough donuts and treats for everyone. You can find the registration form on our website: New Hanover Parks and Recreation."

"Come out and Join us this weekend for Disc Golf at the Boyertown Community Park - Boyertown Parks & Recreation!! You do not know how to play it? That is ok we have Disc Golf Entertainment LLC that will be there to teach you!!! Event starts at 8:45 AM and there are 3 Tee Times!!! Bring some cash, we will have some food and beverages and a 50/50 drawing as well!"

June 10, 2024. Our offices will be open for 10 hours daily, Monday through Thursday, and closed Friday through August 9.
Summer office hours will vary by building. Hours will be posted at the main entrance for each location.While it is rare for a building to be closed, we recommend that you call before visiting because of vacations, etc.
