Ed. Boyertown loves learning about its history!
115 North Reading Avenue: This Gothic style house was built in 1898 as the parsonage for St. John's Lutheran Church.
141 North Reading Avenue: This stately Victorian home was bought by Edwin K. Schultz after the gentleman farmer was elected president of the National Bank of Boyertown. At that time Mr. Schultz decided to move his family from the ancestral farm at Clayton into Boyertown to be closer to work. Clayton is a crossroad village about eight miles north of Boyertown. Unmarried daughters of Mr. Schultz lived in the house until 1966.

Listening to your community is such an important part of being an elected official. Thanks to all of the candidates who had the courage to come out and answer 17 questions submitted by our community on the fly. I think it’s important to note that none of the incumbent candidates made it a priority to attend.
