I qualified as a "groupie" in attending an art exhibit opening in nearby West Lawn on Sunday, September 8, 2024, to celebrate a handful of Boyertown's Studio B member artists featured in the show.
Beloved BASH art instructor and potter Linda Rohrbach-Austerberry greeted me, sharing that she was in process of creating new work to make sure her granddaughters knew what she did as the area's most reputable ceramist.
Rhonda Counts, known for her textured mixed media pieces celebrating nature, showcased new work in iridescent color. (The fern unfurled is my favorite.)
Maxine Rhoads' sartorial choice complemented her work in fused glass!
Elaine Soltis expresses the joy her work brings her.
Steve Fabian's new series includes Biblical passages that inspire him.
The glorious sunshine of the mid-September afternoon made my drive enjoyable, second only to seeing our loyal artist members together in celebration of their art and one another.
Thank you for this article. We need to hear the stories/experiences of people pro and con.
Thank you for your support, Sandra! Too many people don't know that in "LGBTQIA" the "A" stands for "aly," of which, I can easily count Jane and you as two of them! -Yergz
Sounds like a wonderful time was enjoyed by the children and also their parents. Thank you Mandy and Judy.
