Time to shake off winter's blues and join friends in a creative morning. At Studio B Art Gallery on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Debbie Zaharchuk hosts "Junk Journals," a workshop dedicated to fashioning a place to store memories and experiences.

Debbie asks, "Have you ever noticed how much paper we use and toss every day?

"There are so many different kinds of paper that we come across and discard. In this workshop, we will collect and put to use scraps of paper from everyday life. We will gather our papers and start our own junk journals.

"A junk journal is a fun and informal book used to kick off art practice. They can be an assemblage of meaningful scraps, like ticket stubs and pressed flowers, a place to collect little doodles and sketches, and a place to experiment with color palettes.

"I will provide some collected paper as well as examples to get you started.  More information is available on my website  http://www.bluebateauvintage.com or contact me at debz102570@gmail.com

Cost- $30 pp. Cash or check on-site or payment can be made by credit card on www.studiobbb.org at the Support the Arts/Donate button.

Bring your own blank journal or you can purchase one on-site, ranging from $5-$20
