October 24, 1950: The Boyertown Auto Body Works has shipped a “Tour Wagon” to a royal customer, His Imperial Highness, the son of Emperor Haile Selassie of Ethiopia.
A tour wagon is designed as comfortable living quarters on wheels. It features a kitchen, bedroom, lavatory with shower, closets, electric lights and heat. (Common today, not so in 1950)
Moderate rain, with a high of 72 and low of 52 degrees. Don't forget your umbrella! Partly Cloudy in the morning, cloudy in the afternoon, partly cloudy for the evening, clear overnight.
Is there an amazon wish list or similar way we can donate without attending?
