[Ed: Video game players of Pokémon Go are invited to Studio B on December 2, 2023, from 10 a.m. -4 p.m. to during Building a Better Boyertown’s “Chillin’ on Main’” festival, to meet Randy Renninger, play Pokémon Go, and learn more about the Pokémon Go tournament that is coming to the YMCA on February 18, 2024.]
"B Inspired" was inspired by this week's conversation with Randy Renninger, BASH grad Class of 2014, who brings Pokemon-Go to video game lovers. He’s passionate about his work involving graphic design and events planning in bringing video game players together face-to-face as a way to provide another team sport that can include everybody.
He is happy in his hometown but connects with his partner and tons of players of all ages through his phone. Playing games is a lucrative business these days. Who knew?!
"B Inspired" is available on your favorite podcast platform including Anchor FM, Spotify, Google, Castbox, Breaker, Overcast, Pocket Casts, and RadioPublic, and Apple.
Sunny, with a high of 83 and low of 61 degrees. Sunny in the morning, clear overnight.
Kudos to Zack! In these troubled times, the world could use many more people like him. And kudos to Boyertown for providing the kind of atmosphere where Zack (and others like him) can grove and thrive. Finally, is the book mentioned still available? I'd like to buy one as I remember all of the people mentioned.
Yes, Mark. The books are available at Studio B Art Gallery and the Building a Better Boyertown office.
