Yesterday’s update wasn’t the most exciting, but today, we’re sharing something that truly fuels us: the amazing people, partnerships, and plans that are helping shape the future of Grind—and our community.
Limerick Homegrown Produce
Michael and Jessie at Limerick Homegrown Produce have been incredible partners, growing USDA-certified organic fruits and vegetables just for us—literally. They’ve planned parts of their harvest around our chef’s requests, meaning your dishes start with some of the freshest, most thoughtfully grown ingredients around. As two young businesses growing side by side, we’re proud to support each other. Be sure to check out their farm stand, website, or catch them at your local farmers market—you’ll be glad you did. Esposito's Meats, Burt’s Farms, & Andre Farms
Since day one, Esposito’s Meats has been supplying us with the incredible cuts you’ve come to love. This week, we also sat down with Burt’s Farms and Andre Farms to explore even more local protein options. Our goal? Bring even more local meat to your plate—and support farmers doing it right. Feeding the Community with St. John Lutheran Church & YOU
We’re proud to be heading into year three of our free Community Meal Board, created in partnership with St. John Lutheran Church and supported by so many of you. Whether it’s a tough week or a rough day, anyone in need can come enjoy a hot, free meal—no questions asked. This is what community looks like. St. John's Lutheran Church of Boyertown
Ironstone Creek Farm & No-Waste Commitment
When egg prices spiked, we got creative. We bought 100 chickens to ensure our guests had access to daily fresh, local eggs—and Ironstone Creek Farm has been making that happen beautifully. And we’ve been keeping our waste low, too. For over a year, any food we can’t use has gone into pig buckets—nothing wasted, just repurposed to support local livestock. Ironstone Creek Farm
Building A Better Boyertown
Since before we even opened, Building A Better Boyertown has had our back—offering support, grants, and a real commitment to strengthening our town. Thanks to their latest Facade Grant, you’ll be seeing an upgraded sign out front soon! Building a Better Boyertown
Boyertown State Theater – Dinner & A Movie in the Works
One of our dream collaborations is finally moving up the priority list. We’re working with the Boyertown State Theater to launch a Dinner & a Movie experience. They’ve been excited from the start—it’s on me to make it happen, and I promise, it’s coming soon. State Theatre of Boyertown
Cheers to Our Local Wineries & Distilleries
There are too many to list by name, but to every local winery, brewery, and distillery rep—we see you and we appreciate you. Thank you for keeping our shelves stocked and our glasses full with amazing beers, wines, spirits, and bourbons over the past five years. Your passion and craftsmanship have truly elevated the experience at Grind.
AROZS – Axe Throwing, Airsoft, and VR + Food from Grind
We’re officially teamed up with AROZS, the brand-new entertainment spot across the street offering axe throwing, VR, and airsoft. You can now enjoy some of our food while you immerse yourself in the action. If you haven’t been yet, make plans—it's a blast! AROZS
Supporting One Another – Local Restaurant Shout-Out
A special thank you to the local restaurant owners and managers who’ve had our back when we needed it. Whether it’s ice machine failures or running out of product, the local restaurants have all stepped up to help. That kind of genuine support is what makes Boyertown such an incredible place to live, work, and break bread together.
Thank you all for being part of this journey. These aren’t just partnerships—they’re friendships, shared missions, and reasons we’re proud to call this town home.
Check back for more updates!
Sincerely,
Keith Kopicki
