"Proud" Project Concludes with Thank YOU's to BCCF, Community Members, Artists, and Writers
by Jane Stahl
Boyertown is a special kind of place, and showcasing the many individuals who make it so is the mission of the projects and opportunities sponsored by Studio B Fine Art Gallery and funded by the Boyertown Charitable Giving Program administered by Berks County Community Foundation during the summer of 2024.
Families met at the Boyertown Area Library throughout the summer to create a flower made of petals that illustrated the "pride and joy" of the individuals who created them.
Writers enjoyed sharing their poetry and prose at a writers' reception and seeing their work published in the digital news site The Boyertown Area Expression.
Artists exhibited their work for sale.
A booklet of episode notes from the "B Inspired" podcast featuring over 200 individuals over four-and-a-half years is available for a donation.
Photographs were invited from any and all community members and could be seen 24/7 on the TV screen in the window of Studio B allowing further insight into what our community loves and values.

Studio B thanks all who participated! We believe our community is stronger in getting to know one another better, and we look forward to another community-building project in 2025.
