Boyertown Area Senior High (BASH) students visited Montgomery County Community College (MCCC) in Blue Bell to hear and meet Roberto Clemente, Jr., as part of a "Presidential Symposium on Diversity: Lead by Example: Opportunity and Access."
Mrs. Sebro, Mrs. Benning, Mrs. Bergeyova, Mrs. Gillman-Ramus, and Mrs. Gallagher, school counselor, chaperoned the students in grades 10-12. Students who attended included class officers, and members of the Student Diversity Union and Impact Club. MCCC extended the invitation to BASH because we are one of their partner schools.
[Information shared by Boyertown Area School District, Mrs. Gallagher, counselor.]

Moderate rain, with a high of 52 and low of 42 degrees. Overcast during the morning, fog for the afternoon and evening, overcast overnight.
I found this to be quite thought-provoking.
Beautifully done, Anne Kent. Written as one who loves words, the smell of books, and everything to do with liver transplants.
So happy to hear Nathaniel is on the mend.
Just in time for the best holiday of the year.
Loved your memory and the story of the "lucky" pilgrim, and the Thanksgiving figues. Thanks, Leslie.
