Hello! This is the Bashful Boar bringing you some additional little known facts about life at BASH.
Recently, I was forced to spend a day at home because of a snow storm that closed our school. I got to watch quite a bit of T.V., and I thought I would make the following suggestions for your future viewing pleasure.
The next time you're stuck at home, you can keep up with life at BASH by tuning in Beat the Clock which features 1500 students trying to get to homeroom on time. Also in the "game show" category you might try Password which is sub-titled "I was at the Nurse's office," What's My Line hosted by that "finger in every pie" man Rowan Carter, and Let's Make A Deal which features a large number of contestants who are hoping to trade a few last minute extra-credit reports for a "D"in a course.
Rounding out my list of suggested game shows are the Dating Game, hosted by Steve Smith, and To Tell the Truth which is brought to you live from room 602. (This last show may also be classified as comedy or drama.)
Moving on to comedy, I strongly suggest Get Smart which is a continuing tribute to the Ches-Mont officials who designed the basketball playoff structure, and F Troop which features the students in Mr. Kulp's Calculus class. A few additional comedy suggestions include Good Times, a documentry about the Senior Class Trip, Room 222 which is filmed in room 709 and Jeopardy, the story of a senior who has just failed English and P.O.D. This last show may also be classified as comedy and-or drama.
Finally, I suggest The Rookies starring Miss Calenhuff and Mr. Barnes. No new shows in this series are currently being made, so you would have to settle for a re-run.
This is the Bashful Boar signing off for this month in the hope that you enjoy my viewing suggestions.
