Find Serenity Exploring the Eightfold Path with Sandra Williams

The basic theme of Sandra Wiliams' workshop on Sunday, February 9, 2025, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Studio B Art Gallery will focus on the Buddhist Eightfold Path.

"We do not have to be Buddhists to benefit from an exploration of the ideas, "Sandra emphasizes. "Our intent is to increase our serenity and our effectiveness in achieving our life's mission and enhance our relationships along the way." 

In discussion of each of the areas, participants  will share thoughts and experiences in the eight areas and what results if they are practiced and what results when they are NOT!

Participants will have an opportunity to write and share their expressions. The workshop is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
