Touch-A-Truck
Saturday, June 22
10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Hickory Park
Join us for a free family event that offers hands-on opportunities for children to see, touch, and explore some of their favorite emergency vehicles, construction trucks and heavy machinery.
The first hour of the T-A-T will be designated as a “No Noise Hour.” In consideration of our noise-sensitive attendees and very young children, the trucks will not be permitted to make any noise during this time.
Expect to see these machines:
Bomb Sniffing Robotic Police Dog
Giant Cranes • Front Loaders
Cement Mixers • Lowboy Trucks
Police Trucks • Armor Trucks
Bulldozers • Dump Trucks
Fire Trucks • Army Trucks
Excavators • Front End Loaders
+ lots more Heavy Machinery

Hi Mark Noonan here, husband of the amazing Julianne. Great article - just one small error - I did not grow up in Phoenixville but in a rural area of NE Pennsylvania. Thanks for writing this article!
Corrected. The joy of digital. Thanks; I enjoyed talking with Julianne.
Can you still get the first copy of the Bear Fever? If so, where, and how much are they?
thank you!
Hi, Linda! We will be re-printing the booklet in the next week or so. Cost is $20 cash and check; $25 credit card. They will be available at Studio B Art Gallery on Saturdays and Sundays 12-2 or the Building a Better Boyertown office 10-5 most days. Thank you for your interest.
