Andrew Saylor, from the von Wreden's Feldjäger Corps, will present an illustrated talk on the Hessian soldiers of the American Revolution. The Hessians were elite German riflemen hired by King George III and some of them never went home. Join us to learn who they were, why they came, what they fought, and what became of them after the war. A musket will be showcased during the presentation.
