Bally Area Recreational Development Society (BARDS) extends thanks to those who assisted with and those who participated in their 2024 Trunk-or-Treat event.
Attended by almost 200 participants, the event wrapped up with a free screening of the movie, "Ghostbusters."
BARDS is also appreciative of the donors who provided decorations and funded film licensing fees, the Borough of Bally for use of the pool parking lot and pavilions, and of course, the cooperative weather.
Members of the Bally Lions Club served as judges, awarding $100 for Best Trunk, to Bally Community Preschool.
"Putting on events like this takes both time and resources, and we can’t do it alone. If you enjoyed this event, please consider volunteering to help us bring more fun, community-focused activities to Bally. Every bit of help makes a huge difference, and we’d love to have you join us," the BARDS group urges.
